Beauty Challenge | Finish Five Products By Fall

FINISH5BYFALL3The other day, one of my fellow Canadian Beauty Bloggers, Angela from Raincouver Beauty, tagged me in her newest challenge: Finish 5 by Fall. I immediately agreed to it, because it’s right up my alley with one of my goals for the year, which is to use up what I have. Though I’ve been finishing products left and right, I wanted to challenge myself a bit and pick a few products that I probably wouldn’t finish by Fall without some work.

finish5byfall2Formula X, PRIME Base Coat. I’m already halfway through this, so I don’t think it will be a struggle to finish it by September. Putting it on this list though give me a push to make sure I use it every time I do my nails (especially toes – because I often skip it then).

The Body Shop, Coconut Body Milk. I bought this last summer, and though I love the smell it, I always tend to go for my body butters and thicker lotions over this, because though it’s moisturizing, it’s not the same as the others. Now I will have more motivation to use it up, especially on hot summer days when I want moisture, but also some refreshment.finish5byfallRimmel, Stay Matte Pressed Powder (Translucent). I hit pan on this powder about a month ago (which is so satisfying, isn’t it?) and want to finish it before I buy a new one or try a different powder. Making sure that I don’t buy another one will really help me finish this off.

finish5byfall4Revlon, Colorburst Lip Butter in Strawberry Shortcake. I have mentioned numerous times how much I love this lipstick, so it’s probably no surprise that I put it on the list. I’m already at least half-way through the bullet, so I think it will be a breeze to get through it.

The Body Shop, Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil. Another easy one to finish, since I already use it daily. I really just put it on the list so I could feel good about finishing at least one!

Would you like to join me (and my fellow bloggers) in this challenge? Do you think you could finish 5 products (or more) by fall?
