A Month in Outfits | November 2015

It’s time to share a few of my favourite looks from the last month. Now that I am finally sharing this post (only a few days later than usual), I feel like I am back on track! You’ll notice a few similarities between this month and the last few (September and October), partly because I don’t change my style too often, and partly because I like to reuse pieces and mix and match as much as possible. I’ve actually considered doing a capsule wardrobe, but it requires a bit of planning and work, so maybe I will do that in the spring.

I’ve basically lived in plaid shirts and cozy sweaters all month-long. For days when I’m hanging out at home, but want to feel like I’m dressing up (ie. not just wearing sweats), this sweater has been my favourite. I don’t generally wear this camel colour, but it screams autumn to me, and I love the pattern of the stitching. I am also still a huge fan of plaid shirts and this a-line skirt (I shared a blog post dedicated to it earlier last month) that I bought last fall from H&M. I wish I had bought the blush toned one that was also available last year. H&M does carry are a few similar ones right now though like this one, which has a great contrast textured stripes, this one, which is longer or this one if you prefer shorter lengths. I will still choose my favourite jeans most days, but this black pair is great for switching it up. I will likely still wear and love each of these pieces in the coming months, but I will try to mix things up now and then for a bit of variety.

What styles did you love this month? Are you also living in plaid and cozy sweaters?
