The Weekend Post | 01.31.16

weekendpost013116It’s the last day of January! Can you believe it? January has been a pretty good month, and this last week was pretty great too. Like every other week, the times that I’ve been able to spend with my family (especially the babies!) have been the best, and have helped me feel better on my down days (I’d forgotten that it can be really difficult staying at home all day).

From an afternoon spent with my mom and sisters to last-minute babysitting (I love that I have the availability for that right now) to all-you-can-eat fish tacos to celebrating my Papa’s 87th birthday, it’s been a really great week overall. Christopher and I also are finally caught up on season 3 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, so I consider this week a success.

And now for my favourite links:

Finally we have real confirmation about the Gilmore Girls revival on Netflix (my heart is still singing)

  • I cannot wait for Gilmore Girls on Netflix- I hope it doesn’t disappoint! Also, love that pink lipstick on you!

    • I’m sure it won’t disappoint, since the creator is the one writing it. When she left before the seventh season, it was so noticeable!

  • Oh my gosh, I didn’t know that GG is getting a revival!!! How exciting!! That means I have to rewatch the series :3 I’m currently marathoning Gossip Girl for the first time.

    • Yes! I’m so excited! I watch Gilmore Girls basically on repeat, but I will definitely be rewatching it again (for the 1000th time) before it’s released. Ooh, I love Gossip Girl! I haven’t watched it in ages!

  • Great post! 🙂
