I’ll be honest, since seeing Beauty and the Beast last month, I haven’t listened to much but that wonderful soundtrack. However, there are a few other songs that have made it through the cracks that I want to share with you today.
I love the new offerings from Ruth B., Fleet Foxes, Brad Paisley and find myself listening to them when I need something for a relaxing night after a busy day. For days when I need to get some cleaning or writing done, I’ve relied on old favourites and have found myself listening to Say Anything’s “Do Better” over and over. I’ve also been listening to a lot of David Bowie this month too in preparation for the CPO concert that my dad and I went to on Saturday night. It was amazing, and completely different from what I was expecting (they had a cover band, so the orchestra was more of a backup, but really added some depth to the music).
